Tutorial Series

For 4th Year School, Adult Education and Community Group students.

Promotes and introduces students to higher education while providing them with the skills to succeed once there.

Meets a demand within 4th year for opportunities to develop subjects, group work, academic skills, creativity and presenting findings.

Students learn how to conduct research and produce a written report that meets the basic requirements of a university dissertation.

Assisting students in their approach to exams, essay research and writing.

Requires two hours per week plus some additional time working on assignments, research, group work and tutor requirements.

Tutorial sessions, divided into short sections, are pre-recorded.

Optional extra weeks offered develop core content further through place-based learning building upon previous sessions.

Workshops on offer facilitate students to create educational content for future peer guidance.

Beyond the core, additional subjects can be chosen to develop knowledge, skills and student research further.
